Returns Policy
Non-Personalised Items:
Items from our online range that are not personalised can be returned. To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return the items within 14 days of this notification. If we do not receive the items within 28 days of the original receipt, we will be unable to authorize a refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unlaundered. Once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and packaging costs unless the item is deemed faulty by us. As a trade supplier, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative costs on any returns.
Personalised Items:
Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you believe that the items received are faulty, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and return them to us for inspection. We will then decide to either replace or refund the items at our discretion. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund any postage charges. However, if we determine that the item is not faulty, we will not issue a refund or replacement, nor will we cover the postage charges associated with its return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
